why the next engine scanner is a shit???

the 3d scanner nextengine is a fucking shit machine, becouse 2 years after of purchase this beauty machine and spend about 3000$ it stops sudenly and dont works.

a problem conecting the machine to the usb or something similar, but the scanner seems to be dead.

we belive that it have´s an internal clock that stop just in 28 of february and the machine generates an critical error and corrupt the internal rom.

the nextengine company tell  us that as the machine is an sd model they dont have replacement parts and can´t repair it and the only solution is spend another 2000$ and buy another hd scanner.

this people is stupid??? are crazy? fucking bastards do you belive that i will spend another 2000$ and maybe in 2 years it could broken again.
